Refund policy

Because our meals are freshly cooked and frozen (perishable goods), we cannot accept returns once the food has been delivered.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or thawed, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with a photo. If the error is ours, we will provide a replacement or a discount on your next order.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD): For customers paying in cash, payment must be made in full to the courier upon receipt of the frozen goods. Once the package is opened and accepted, it cannot be returned.

3. Cancellations: You may cancel or pause your plan up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. If you cancel after this window, you may still be liable for the cost of the prepared batch.
